Dear Parent,

 Greetings from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Embassy of India, Kathmandu.  With reference to your application for the admission of your ward in Kendriya Vidyalaya, we are happy to inform you that your ward has been selected provisionally for the admission in the Vidyalaya.

  Please present the following documents in original and a set of Xerox copies:   

 1. Birth Certificate with English translation issued by Govt. of Nepal/India

2. Citizenship card of both the parents for Nepali Citizens.

3. Certificate of Registration of both the parents for Indian Citizens.

4. Transfer certificate from previous school

5. Service certificate of parent, if working in Government or Private Sector.

6. Proof of residence

7. One Passport size photograph of the child

8. Blood Group test report

Payment of Fee as detailed below is mandatory on the day of admission.  

All the original certificates will be returned after verification.

*Eligibility for admission

    Documents required at the time of submission of Registration form:

1.     Duly filled Registration form

2.     Original Birth certificate issued by competent authority & a copy of the same  (Original will be returned back after verification)

3.     Affidavit of Date of birth in English certified by Notary for the citizen of Nepal.

4.     Service certificate of the Parent from the department concerned (Central or State, if any).

5.     Proof of transfer orders in case of transferable India based employees.

6.     Valid Nagarikta certificate (Citizenship certificate) of father and mother for the citizen of Nepal.

7.     Valid Indian registration certificate for Indian citizen issued by Embassy of India Kathmandu.

8.     Copy of passport of the child(if available).

9.     Residence Proof.

10.Blood Group Report from any authenticated hospital.

11.Latest passport size photograph to be pasted in the registration form.

12.Bonafide Certificate from previous school for classes II and III.

13. Any document related to medical history of child (if applicable)

List of books for the primary  classes from class1 to 5.
