Please present the following documents in original and a set of Xerox copies:   

1. Birth Certificate with English translation issued by Govt. of Nepal/India

2. Citizenship card of both the parents for Nepali Citizens.

3. Certificate of Registration of both the parents for Indian Citizens.

4. Transfer certificate from previous school

5. Service certificate of parent, if working in Government or Private Sector.

6. Proof of residence

7. One Passport size photograph of the child

8. Blood Group test report

Payment of Fee as detailed below is mandatory on the day of admission.  All the original certificates will be returned after verification.
